Welcome to Justyousize.com. We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. In order to make you more at ease, we provide a 30-day return and exchange guarantee. But for refunds that are not damaged but customers change their willingness to purchase, customers need to bear the freight.Note: All returns must contact Justyousize official customer service email, and returns without the customer service email will not be accepted.
Returnable items:(Items that can be returned/refunded or replaced within 30 days of receipt must comply with the following standards)
- The product is found to be defective/damaged upon receipt of the goods.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that did not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.
Note: If you encounter any of the above situations, please contact our customer service email as soon as possible.
Non-returnable items:(In the following cases, we will not accept returns)
- Items other than 30 days after receipt.
- Items that are washed, worn, used or misused.
- Items in the following categories: promotions, swimwear, underwear are not included in the return.
- We do not accept returns and refunds if the customized products are not damaged
Return process and time range:(Please follow our return process carefully to minimize delays)
- If your items can be returned, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please leave your order number and contact information, and provide your:
- order number
- SKU number or product name
- Reasons for return and pictures
- Our customer service team will reply to your email within 48 hours and communicate with you.
- Please follow the instructions of our customer service team to return the item, and send us a return certificate in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
- When we receive the returned goods and verify that they are correct, we will contact you by email, the refund will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order, and the refund will be returned to the payment account within 1-7 working days.
Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying your own transportation costs for the returned items. The transportation costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your residence, the time the exchanged product arrives at you may vary.
