To give you more peace of mind, we provide a 100% refund and exchange guarantee within 30 days after receipt of the goods. However, for refunds that are not damaged but the customer changes their purchase intention, the customer needs to bear the freight. Note: All returns must be contacted by Justyousize official customer service email, returns without customer service email are not accepted.

Returnable items:(Items that can be returned/refunded or replaced within 30 days of receipt must comply with the following standards)

  1. The product is found to be defective/damaged upon receipt of the goods.
  2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that did not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.

Note: If you encounter any of the above situations, please contact our customer service email as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items:(In the following cases, we will not accept returns)

  1. Items other than 30 days after receipt.
  2. Items that are washed, worn, used or misused.
  3. Items in the following categories: promotions, swimwear, underwear are not included in the return. 
  4. We do not accept returns and refunds if the customized products are not damaged

    Return and exchange process

    A:Please contact our customer service: submit a refund/exchange request. 

    B:After receiving your return/return request, our customer service will send you the return/return instructions and return/return address via email. Please follow the instructions for returns/returns. And provide us with some reasons for the return and photos.

    C: After applying for a refund, you will receive the refund within one week. Once the refund or exchange is processed, we will send you an email. (Note: that we accept 100% refunds for refunds due to product quality problems, but due to the customer's own willingness to refund, we need to keep the shipping cost and only refund the cost of the purchased product) The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method

    Exchange (if applicable):

    We only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to You will be responsible for paying your own transportation costs for the returned items. The transportation costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your residence, the time the exchanged product arrives at you may vary.
